Here are some high-protein foods that are great for gym-goers:


 

Lean Meats


1. Chicken breast (30g protein per 3 oz serving)

2. Turkey breast (30g protein per 3 oz serving)

3. Lean beef (25g protein per 3 oz serving)

4. Pork tenderloin (23g protein per 3 oz serving)


Fish and Seafood
